House as the Executive Director of the President�s Drug Advisory
Council. The company provides substance abuse research and leadership in the
development of drug free workplace policies and drug testing
guidelines for Federal agencies and the Department of Defense. In
addition, TWG�s strategic alliances have expanded to an international
network encompassing substance abuse research, analytical and research
laboratories, MRO organizations, medical economists, community coalitions,
and treatment program entities throughout the United States and Europe.
These strategic partnerships provide a wide range of specialized,
customized and integrated services in three areas of operations: substance
abuse business management and policy development; substance abuse research
and program development services; and individual consulting services in a
variety of substance abuse disciplines.</font>

<p><i><b>The Walsh Group is looking for a computer programmer to develop new
applications and maintain existing ones. The person we are looking for
must be able to develop and maintain Visual FoxPro applications.
This person should also be familiar with SPSS, Authorware and Web Design or be
willing to learn.</b></i></p>
<p><u><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b> </u></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"><b><u>Visual FoxPro</u></b></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Update and maintain a large Visual
FoxPro database consisting of tables in excess of 1 million records. You must be able to
write code to add and update variables or recode information into new
variables. You must have an in-depth knowledge of FoxPro
Commands. </p>

<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"><b><u>SPSS</u></b></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Tables created in FoxPro are imported
into SPSS where analysis is performed. You must be able to, or be willing
to learn, how to construct analytical tables such as frequencies and crosstabs
from filtered data.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"><b><u>Macromedia Authorware</u></b></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">We have developed several interactive
training products that will be distributed on CD ROM and over the
internet. You are not required to know Authorware. However, you must
be willing to learn and become proficient at using Authorware so that you can
perform maintenance on existing products and develop new ones. </p>

develop interesting web sites. The tool we are currently using is
Microsoft FrontPage. You are not required to know how to use FrontPage but
must be willing to learn this or some other web tool such as Dreamweaver. </p>

<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"><b><u>Graphics</u></b></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Graphics play an important part in
developing quality training products and web sites. You will be
responsible for obtaining or developing all graphics used. Experience on
Photoshop, Flash, or some other graphics product will be helpful.</p>

developmental duties, you are required to install or upgrade office
computers and assist staff members with computer problems. This includes
connecting computers to a peer-to-peer LAN, resolving virus issues, and
installing new software and equipment. </p>
