The Ohio Legislature passed a tough new Per Se
"Drugged Driving" Bill on 4/15/06, which was signed
into law on May 12, 2006. Ohio is the 14th state
to enact Drugged Driving Per Se Laws. More than
32% of all licensed drivers in the US are now covered
by such laws.
