you have an employee who may be under the influence in the
workplace NOW! You also need to know when an
employee’s performance may be affected by drug use and
what to do about it. You need to know the various types of
help that are available and when it may be appropriate to
make a referral. If your organization is regulated by DOT, you
need to know the special rules for safety-sensitive
