Managed a non-profit association with a $1.3 million annual operating budget and a staff of 4. Increased membership by 25 percent; annual membership retention in 86-92% range; enhanced student membership effort that added more than 500 new student members; significantly improved website; developed and implemented a successful monthly electronic member newsletter; and significantly improved electronic communications with the Board, Affiliated State and Regional Chapters and membership. Involved in implementing a national government relations effort with applicable federal government agencies, Congress and the Administration.<br>

I represented the AAA before various consultants to AAA, federal agencies, and related emergency medical services (EMS) organizations. Responsible for managing a $1.3 million annual operating budget.
