Robert rose rapidly through sales and sales management positions, in companies undergoing rapid growth and technological change.  He quickly learned the value of stabilizing and leading his organizations into growth instead of simply reacting.  He became a strategic thinker and leader as he established distribution channels, created vertically integrated application developer networks, established OEM relationships, and negotiated world-wide manufacturing agreements.<br>

As a key contributor he participated in obtaining critical government licenses both domestically and internationally.  He developed business models which resulted in raising billions of private capital, and in the formation of intricate consortia.<br>
