The Regis Group, Inc. (TRG) provides strategic planning and decision support to executives and Boards of Directors from a wide range of industries including telecommunications, information technology, health care, general aviation, the legal profession and non-profits among others.<br/>

TRG's facilitation team is a respected �neutral body' in the management of issues related to trade associations, professional societies, consortia and complex organizations. In addition to strategic planning, TRG offers management consulting, restructure management, assistance in the resolution of internal disputes, and redefinition guidance.<br/>
<br/>
Typically, a Regis Group assisted strategic planning process follows three phases.

<ul>
<li><b>Phase 1: Preparation Phase</b>- Determine what preparatory work is needed including:
<ol>
   <li>a review of the organization's development process to date</li>
   <li>clarification of the range of results being sought from the planning</li>
   <li>familiarizing the group with the processes to be followed during the Facilitation Phase</li>
   <li>establishing the sequence of discussions and activities appropriate to develop a strategic plan</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li><b>Phase 2: Facilitation Phase</b>- Lead the group through one or more facilitated sessions intended to:
<ol>
   <li>develop a successful strategic plan</li>
   <li>ensure that the plan is understandable to the group</li>
   <li>establish an outcome which the group intends to follow</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li><b>Phase 3: Documentation Phase</b>- TRG will compile the results of the strategic planning activity and supply the organization with a comprehensive and easy to follow strategic plan, and in some cases a first year tactical plan.
</li>
</ul>

Additional activities might include on-site visits with the leadership, on-going tactical reviews of the Strategic Plan, and review and development of internal planning processes.<br/>
