<span class="text">CONSULTING SERVICES<br><br>Midstream Farm, LLC located near Richmond, VA and Washington, D.C., is an environmental, health, and safety (EH&S;) consulting firm that provides services primarily to chemical and/or petroleum tank terminal operators. <br><br>Led by Clement Mesavage (former ILTA technical director, GATX environmental manager, and Bechtel engineer), the firm offers on-site and regulatory compliance services associated with the storage and transfer of hundreds of different liquids (products) at tank farms in 43 states. <br><br>Mr. Mesavage also serves as an expert witness on pipeline and tank farm cases regarding EH&S;, fire, explosion, and product variance and loss matters. He routinely provides testimony regarding the operating practices and standards of tank farms. His clients include the oil and chemical industry, the U.S. Department of Justice, and insurance companies. <br><br>In addition, Midstream Farm, LLC provides Internet related services to tank farm operators and their vendors.
