<p>Martin joined Svoboda Capital Partners (“SC”) in July 2013 and is responsible for investment evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio management.</p>
<p>Prior to joining SC, Martin spent three years in Investment Banking. Martin was a Senior Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets (“Citigroup”) in the Global Industrials Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining Citigroup, Martin was an Analyst at Harris Williams & Company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across various industries.</p>
<p>Martin is actively involved with Best Buddies International, a nonprofit 501 organization consisting of volunteers that attempt to create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.</p>
<p>Martin graduated with honors from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and received his Masters of Accounting, with distinction from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Martin is a Certified Public Accountant.</p>
