<p>Peter joined Svoboda Capital Partners (“SC”) as a Managing Director in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining SC, Peter was the Managing Partner of Ellipse Capital, a private equity firm focused on the distribution sector. Peter serves on the boards of Blake & Pendleton, Reliable Parts, and Triad Technologies.</p>
<p>Prior to forming Ellipse Capital, Peter was a Partner with Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC and Co-Head of the Distribution Team at CHS. Peter is currently a director of Beacon Roofing Supply and Houston Wire & Cable Company, and is a former director of Pool Corporation and The Hillman Companies.</p>
<p>Peter and his family are actively involved in the Hyde Park community. He also serves on the Board of Regents for St. Olaf College and is a member of the Northshore Concert Band.</p>
<p>Peter holds a BA with honors from St. Olaf College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.</p>
