<p class="publication">Svoboda Capital Partners Announces Partnership with Bully Pulpit Interactive and The Incite Agency</p>
<p>Chicago, IL - September 15, 2016 – Svoboda Capital Partners L.L.C. ("SC"), is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Bully Pulpit Interactive, L.L.C. ("BPI" or the "Company"). Concurrent with SC's investment, BPI acquired The Incite Agency ("Incite"). Specific terms of the transactions were undisclosed.</p>
<p>Based in Washington, DC, with offices in New York and Chicago, BPI is an independent digital marketing agency with over 90 full-time employees and has proven how the skills and lessons learned in politics can be applied on behalf of companies and causes to change minds and incite action. BPI's services currently include advertising, full service digital campaigns, and testing and analytics. Incite brings a team of nearly a dozen based in DC and New York and provides message development, strategic communications, and crisis and reputation management consulting services for corporate and philanthropic clients. Together, the Company represents a leading, one-stop, digital-first solution for clients with services integrated across paid, owned and earned media.</p>
