<p>Chicago, IL – November 9, 2015 – Blake & Pendleton, Inc. ("B&P" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Svoboda Capital Partners LLC ("SC"), is pleased to announce a strategic combination with Case Engineering, Inc. ("Case"). Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed. Headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, Case is a world class provider of sophisticated compressed air and gas control systems.</p>

The combined business will offer the most sophisticated compressed air solutions available. Because of Case's strong management team and highly complementary service offering, no changes are planned at either company. John Craddock will continue to lead Case.</p>
