<p class="publication">Tom Brooker Joins SC as Managing Director and Operating Partner</p>
<p>Chicago, IL - April 17, 2015 - We are delighted to announce that Tom Brooker, CEO of SC Fund II portfolio company GPA Holdings, Inc. ("GPA"), has joined SC as a Managing Director and Operating Partner, effective April 2, 2015. Tom joined GPA as President and CEO in June 2010 and led GPA through a recapitalization in October 2011 and its subsequent successful sale to Italian specialty paper manufacturer Fedrigoni S.p.A., which closed on April 2, 2015. Prior joining GPA as CEO, Tom served as CEO of Nashua Corporation from 2006 until its successful sale in 2009, and as Group President of Forms, Labels and Office Products for Moore Wallace, which he joined as a sales representative in 1981. Throughout his career at Moore Wallace, he held a number of positions, including Group President, Vice President of the Office Products Group and Executive Vice President of Sales.</p>
<p>Commenting on Tom's appointment, John Svoboda said, "We are excited to have Tom join the SC Team. He brings 35 years of solid managerial and industry experience, and his expertise and leadership skills are well suited to the strengths of our management team and our portfolio companies."</p>
