<p class="publication">Monroe Engineering, LLC Announces Acquisition of Northwest Fastener Sales, Inc.</p>
<p>Chicago, IL – November 1, 2014 – Monroe Engineering LLC (“Monroe”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Northwest Fastener Sales, Inc. (“Northwest”). The transaction is the third add-on acquisition for Monroe since June 2011. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.</p>
<p>Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, Northwest (<a href="http://www.northwestfastenersales.com" target="_blank">www.northwestfastenersales.com</a>) is a value-added distributor of industrial fasteners, components and hardware. The Company sells its products to a broad range of industrial OEM customers located primarily in the Pacific Northwest.</p>
<p>“We are very excited about the addition of Northwest to the Monroe organization,” said Garrett Morelock, President of Monroe Engineering. “We are very excited about partnering with the entire team at Northwest to expand their product offering and increase our collective market penetration in the Pacific Northwest.”</p>
