	<p class="publication">Databank IMX, LLC Announces Acquisition of Advanced Data Systems Inc.</p>
	<p>Chicago, IL – July 17, 2014 – Databank IMX, LLC (“DataBank” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Svoboda Capital Partners LLC (“SC”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Advanced Data Systems Inc. (“ADS”).  The transaction is the sixth add-on acquisition for Databank since SC invested in January 2011.  Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.</p>
    
    <p>Headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida with additional offices in Jacksonville, Orlando and Miami, ADS is a business process automation provider, specializing in process optimization, workflow, data capture and enterprise content management. The Company serves a variety of industries.</p> 
    
    <p>Post transaction, the ADS team will go to market as DataBank and operate out of its existing facilities in Tallahassee, Orlando, and Jacksonville.</p>
