<p class="publication">Databank IMX, LLC Announces Acquisition of Cogniserv, LLC</p>
<p>Chicago, IL – July 9, 2014 – Databank IMX, LLC (“DataBank” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Svoboda Capital Partners LLC (“SC”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cogniserv, LLC (“Cogniserv”). The transaction is the fifth add-on acquisition for Databank since SC invested in January 2011. Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.</p>
<p>Headquartered in Dallas, Texas with an additional office in Houston, Texas, Cogniserv is a document scanning services company, focused on document imaging, workflow, data capture and enterprise content management. The Company serves a variety of industries including state and local government, energy and healthcare.</p>
<p>Post transaction, Cogniserv Co-Founders Brian Rathe and Prabhu Karunakaran will join the management team at Databank.</p>
