<p class="publication">Svoboda Capital Partners LLC Promotes Joe Thomas to Vice President</p>
<p>Chicago, IL – May 7, 2013 – Svoboda Capital Partners LLC (“SC”) is pleased to announce that Joe Thomas has been promoted to the position of Vice President as of May 1, 2013. Joe joined the firm as an Analyst in May of 2010. </p>
<p>“We are extremely proud of Joe’s development and accomplishments and he continues to excel at SC. Joe has played a key role with a number of new investments and continues to add significant value to our portfolio companies,” commented SC Managing Directors John Svoboda and Peter Gotsch.</p>
<p>Prior to joining SC, Joe spent three years as an investment banking analyst in Chicago, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions of industrial companies. Joe earned a B.S. degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he remains an active alumnus through his participation in the business school’s Investment Banking Workshop and related programs.</p>
