<p class="publication">Monroe Engineering Announces Acquisition of R.J. Vedovell</p>
<p><a href="http://www.MonroeEngineering.com" target="_blank"><img src="../../images/pages/news/monroe_engineering.gif" width="183" height="82" style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;" border="0" /></a>Chicago, IL - May 15, 2013 – Monroe Engineering LLC (“Monroe”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of R.J. Vedovell (“Vedovell”). The transaction is the second add-on acquisition for Monroe since June 2011. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.</p>
<p>Headquartered in Zeeland, Michigan, Vedovell (<a href="http://www.vedovell.com" target="_blank">www.vedovell.com</a>) is a value-added supplier of O-rings, gaskets, seals and molded rubber. The Company sells its products to a broad range of industrial OEM customers located throughout the U.S.</p>
<p>“We are very excited about the addition of Vedovell to the Monroe organization,” said Garret Morelock, President of Monroe Engineering. “Vedovell’s products are highly complementary to our line of industrial hardware products, and we look forward to working with the management team at Vedovell to further expand their sales and marketing opportunities.”</p>
