	<p class="publication">DataBank IMX, LLC Announces Acquisition of OSAM Document Solutions, Inc.</p>
	<p>Chicago, IL - November 1, 2012 - DataBank IMX, LLC ("DataBank" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the acquisition of OSAM Document Solutions, Inc. ("OSAM").  The transaction is the second add-on acquisition for DataBank since Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC ("SC") invested in the Company in January 2011.  Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.</p>
	<p>Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, OSAM is a leading integrator specializing in imaging, business process automation, intelligent capture and enterprise content management.  OSAM is a distinguished Canon Partner, OnBase Platinum Reseller and Hyland Software Diamond Support Partner, helping clients automate their business processes and manage content.</p>
    
    <p>OSAM will continue to operate from Phoenix as DataBank and serve as the Western region headquarters for the Company. OSAM President Ron Thompson, Jr. will join the executive management team at DataBank.</p>
