<p class="publication">Svoboda Capital Partners Sells Its Stake in Primos, Inc.</p>
<p>April 30, 2012 — Chicago, IL — Svoboda Capital Partners LLC (“SC”) announced that it has successfully exited its investment in Primos, Inc., d/b/a Primos Hunting (“Primos” or the “Company”), selling the leading manufacturer and marketer of branded hunting accessories to Bushnell Outdoor Products (“Bushnell”), a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm MidOcean Partners. SC originally invested in Primos in December 2006 as an add-on acquisition for its former portfolio company Optronics Products Company, Inc. Harris Williams & Co. acted as Primos’ exclusive investment banking advisor in connection with the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.</p>
<p>“Despite challenging economic times for consumers, Primos enjoyed excellent growth during our investment,” said Jeff Piper, principal at SC. “The Company’s management team was very successful in leveraging Primos’ brand strength and category leadership to identify tangible growth opportunities, both via innovative, new product development and niche product acquisitions. We are excited for the Company and its employees as they continue to pursue their vision of growth in tandem with Bushnell.” President Keith Higginbotham and Founder Will Primos will continue to lead Primos.</p>
