<p>November 15, 2011 — Svoboda Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Peter Gotsch and David Schumacher of Ellipse Capital have joined the firm as Managing Director and Vice President, respectively. Svoboda Capital Partners (“SC”) is a Chicago-based private equity firm with over $200 million of capital that invests in leading value-added distribution, business services and consumer companies.</p>
