<p class="publication"> Cape Electrical Supply Announces the Promotion of John Horgan to President</p>
<p>April 29, 2011 — Allen Toole, Vice Chairman of Cape Electric, announced the promotion of John Horgan, previously CFO, to the position of President of Cape Electrical Supply. Horgan will assume responsibility for all of Cape’s operations. <em>“John has tremendous experience leading and developing rapidly growing organizations, and his wealth of knowledge in finance and information technology has been a huge asset for the Company. With John leading our existing operations it will allow me to focus exclusively on potential acquisitions and new market opportunities,”</em> Toole added.</p>
<p><em>“I am delighted to be named President of Cape Electric and am excited to continue Cape’s great tradition of working with our employees and vendors to provide excellent service to our customers,”</em> said Horgan. <em>“We have a strong and committed team here at Cape that will allow us to continue to increase our market share and geographic footprint,”</em> added Horgan.</p>
<p>Cape also announced the opening of their 23rd store with the recent entry into the Houston, Texas market. Toole noted that <em>“the combination of a very healthy Texas economy coupled with the recent relocation of several of our National Account customer contacts makes it very attractive to have a stocking location and sales presence in Houston.”</em></p>
