<p class="main"><b>Chicago, IL - February 10, 2004</b> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that it has completed a growth equity investment in Austin Logistics Incorporated, a leading provider of collections and service center analytic software solutions used by the consumer credit divisions of many of leading financial institutions. Svoboda, Collins partnered with Baird Venture Partners to lead the Series A financing which marks the Company's first round of institutional investment. Other Series A investors included Apex Venture Partners and North Hill Ventures, an affiliate of Capital One Financial Corporation.</p>
