<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, May 8, 2000</B> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Alex R. Miller has joined our firm as an Associate. Alex will help source, evaluate and lead investments in companies that meet our investment profile.</p>
<p class="main">Prior to joining Svoboda, Collins, Alex spent three years at Boston Consulting Group, Inc. as a member of the firm's strategy consulting practices in Chicago and Zurich, Switzerland. He advised middle-market and Global 500 companies on a range of growth and corporate development issues including acquisitions, joint ventures and e-commerce, in various industries including consumer products, industrial goods and financial services. Prior to joining Boston Consulting Group, Inc., Alex spent three years at Arthur Andersen L.L.P. as a member of the Corporate Finance Advisory Group. Alex received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997 and his BA in History and BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1992.</p>
