<p class="main"><b>CHICAGO, January 1, 2004</b> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Daniel A. Solomon has been promoted to the position of Principal. Dan joined the firm as an Associate in July 2000. He is responsible for supporting recapitalization, buyout and growth equity investments in business services companies that fit SC's investment profile.</p>
<p class="main">"Dan has been a key contributor to the development of our business services group. <p class="main">Prior to SC, Dan spent two years with Ernst & Young's Strategic Advisory Services group. Dan received his BA with degrees in Mathematical Methods and Computer Studies from Northwestern University in 1993 and received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 2000.</p>
