<h1 class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Promotes Michael W. Trimberger to Principal</h1>
<p class="main"><b>CHICAGO, January 1, 2004</b> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Michael W. Trimberger has been promoted to the position of Principal. Mike joined the firm as an Associate in September 2002. He is responsible for supporting recapitalization, buyout and growth equity investments in companies that fit SC's investment profile. </p>
<p class="main">"Mike has been an important contributor to many areas of Svoboda, Collins starting on our very first day of business. We look forward to his continuing success over the years to come," shared SC partners John Svoboda, Michelle Collins and Mike Iannelli.</p>
<p class="main">Mike initially joined Svoboda, Collins as a Financial Analyst upon the firm's founding in January 1998. Prior to that, Mike spent two years at William Blair & Company as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department. Mike received his BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995, has passed the CPA exam and received his MBA from Stanford University in 2002.</p>
