<h1 class="main">Michael W. Trimberger Rejoins Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. as an Associate</h1>
<p class="main"><b>CHICAGO, September 16, 2002</b> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Michael W. Trimberger has rejoined the firm as an Associate. Mike received his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in June 2002, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He will help source, evaluate and lead investments in companies that meet our investment profile.</p>
<p class="main">Mike originally joined Svoboda, Collins as a Financial Analyst upon the firm's founding in January 1998. Prior to that, Mike spent two years at William Blair & Company as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department. Mike received his BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995 and has passed the CPA exam.</p>
<p class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is a Chicago-based private equity firm with $150 million of committed capital.
