<h1 class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Promotes Michael J. Iannelli to Managing Director</h1>
<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, January 7, 2002</b> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Mike Iannelli has been promoted to the position of Managing Director of the firm. Mike joined the firm as a Principal in March 1999. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and leading growth equity investments in business and information services and business software companies that fit SC's investment profile. Mike currently has investment management responsibilities for a number of SC portfolio companies including SPS Commerce, Nth Degree, Webmiles and Entertainment Marketing.
