<h1 class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Announces a Follow-on Equity Investment in Orbit Commerce, Inc.</h1>
<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, September 21, 2000</b> - Svoboda, Collins announced today that it has made a follow-on equity investment in Orbit Commerce, Inc. Based in Chicago, IL, Orbit is a leading provider of eBusiness platform solutions for enterprises to Internet-enable their small business networks. Svoboda, Collins invested $1.5 million as part of a $15 million financing. SC previously invested $2 million in Orbit in October 1999. New investors in the most recent round include C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, Resource Ventures LP and Gryffindor Capital. Other previous investors, KB Partners, Portage Ventures, and Utah Ventures all participated in the round.
