<h1 class="main">Brian C. Kopp Joins Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. as a Financial Analyst</h1>
<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, July 31, 2000</B> - Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Brian C. Kopp has joined our firm as a Financial Analyst. Brian will assist the principals of Svoboda, Collins in identifying, evaluating and making investments in companies that meet our investment profile.
</p>
<p class="main">Prior to joining Svoboda, Collins, Brian spent two years at Merrill Lynch & Co. as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group in Chicago. He spent his first year working in both Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions and his second year in the Financial Sponsors Group. His responsibilities included assisting in the execution of merger advisory assignments through due diligence, market research and valuation analysis, the execution and marketing of equity and debt financings, and the maintenance of client relationships. Brian received his BA from Wabash College in 1998.
</p>
