<h1 class="main">Svoboda, Collins Announces that Peiser's, Inc. has been Acquired by Byram Healthcare Centers, Inc.</h1>
<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, March 1, 2000</B> - Svoboda, Collins today announced that Peiser's, Inc. ("Peiser's") has been acquired by Byram Healthcare Centers, Inc. ("Byram"). Peiser's is a Chicago, IL based distributor of disposable medical supplies to home health agencies and, to some extent, direct to consumers. Svoboda, Collins purchased Peiser's, along with Pat Bohan, from Invacare Corporation in September 1998. Byram is currently executing a strategic consolidation of the home health care industry. </p>
<p class="main">"After evaluating the significant reimbursement challenges in the home health care industry and the capital needed to complete the turnaround of Peiser's, we decided that it would be in the best interest of our investors and employees to combine forces with Byram to form a stronger company," said John Svoboda, Chairman of Peiser's. "We believe that the two businesses fit very well together."</p>
<p class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. is a $150 million private equity fund established in 1998 to identify, invest in and build excellent service and distribution companies. </p>
