<h1 class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Announces an Equity Investment in SPS Commerce, Inc. </h1>
<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, January 29, 2000</B> - Svoboda, Collins today announced that it has made a $1.2 million equity investment in SPS Commerce, Inc. ("SPS"). The Svoboda, Collins investment was part of a $15 million round of financing led by Brinson Partners of Chicago, IL. In addition, four previous investors, St. Paul Venture Capital, Axiom Venture Partners, Granite Associates and Damac Investment Partners, participated in the financing. SPS will use the new funds for sales and marketing and additional product development.</p>
<p class="main">SPS offers customized Internet-centric solutions that can assist businesses in better managing their supply chains by electronically enabling 100% of their trading partners or outsourcing their e-commerce functions. SPS assists businesses in exchanging electronic business transactions with non-electronic trading partners by accommodating various data formats and translating the information into EDI. SPS offers two separate and distinct programs that maximize and leverage companies� e-commerce investments: trading partner enablement and outsourcing.
