<h1 class="main">Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Announces a Growth-Equity Investment in Orbit Commerce, Inc.</h1>
<p class="main"><B>CHICAGO, October 18, 1999</B> - Svoboda, Collins is pleased to announce that it has made an equity investment in Orbit Commerce, Inc. ("Orbit"). Svoboda, Collins and Utah Ventures, Salt Lake City, each committed $2 million to Orbit's $8 million second round financing. In addition, three investors from the first round, KB Partners, L.L.C., Northbrook, Ill.; Graystone Venture Partners, Northfield, Ill.; and Osprey Partners, L.L.C., Chicago, participated in the financing.</p>
<p class="main">Orbit Commerce, Inc. is an e-commerce application service provider (ASP) specializing in building and managing branded online marketplaces for ISPs, telecommunications firms, portals, digital communities, industry associations, financial institutions or any other organizations that want to offer their business customers a comprehensive solution to take their business online, for low cost and low risk. It also has built and is launching several more marketplaces for business aggregators including large ISPs, telecommunication companies, financial service companies, Internet portals, digital communities and a manufacturing association. Clients in turn sell e-commerce Web sites within their marketplaces to small and mid-sized businesses.</p>
