<p class="main"><strong>Chicago, IL</strong> – January 23, 2007 – Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. announced today that it has sold its equity investment in Denton, TX - based MilesTek Corporation to Castle Island Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in Boston. Capstone Partners, LLC acted as MilesTek’s exclusive investment banking advisor in connection with the transaction.</p>
<p class="main">MilesTek Corporation is a specialty, value-added distributor of private label and branded
electronic connectivity components including cables, connectors and installation tools.
Founded in 1981 as a supplier of custom designed telecommunications products,
MilesTek has grown to become a global catalog and Internet direct marketer delivering
