("ISI").  The transaction is the fourth add-on acquisition for Databank since SC invested in January 2011.  Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.</font></p>

ISI is a Hyland Software Support Partner, helping clients automate their business processes and manage content.  Additionally, the Company offers imaging/capture, content management, and workflow solutions, as well as document scanning services.</font></p>

The ISI team will become part of DataBank's Software Solutions Group and go to market as DataBank. Their office facilities in Shelton, Connecticut will house the New York Metro region's management and administrative staff.</font></p>
