<p><strong>Chicago, IL —August 24, 2010:</strong> World Data Products, Inc. (“WDP”) has successfully completed a recapitalization led by Prospect Partners, a leading lower middle-market private equity firm based in Chicago, IL. Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC (“SC”) and Bank of America Merrill Lynch Legacy Investments (“BAML”) sold all of their interests to Prospect Partners and WDP management. Mr. Neil Vill, CEO of WDP, and the rest of the management team will continue forward with the Company. SC originally invested in WDP in October 2000 through its first fund.</p>
