Investment in Cape Electrical Supply</h1>
<h1 class="main"><span class="style1"><strong>CHICAGO, IL – November 6, 2007</strong> – </span><span class="style1">Svoboda, Collins today announced it has partnered with executive management and PNC Mezzanine Capital to invest in Cape Electrical Supply (“Cape” or the “Company”). This transaction is the fifth investment for Svoboda, Collins Fund II L.P. Madison Capital provided a senior debt facility and PNC Mezzanine Capital also provided subordinated debt to complete the transaction.</span> </h1>
<h1 class="main style1">Cape Electrical Supply is a leading distributor of electrical and communications products to commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, and utility customers.
