<p class="style1">Cape Electrical Supply Announces the Promotion of John Horgan to President</p>
<p> April 29, 2011 – Allen Toole, Vice Chairman of Cape Electric, announced the promotion of John Horgan, previously CFO, to the position of President of Cape Electrical Supply. Horgan will assume responsibility for all of Cape’s operations. “John has tremendous experience leading and developing rapidly growing organizations, and his wealth of knowledge in finance and information technology has been a huge asset for the Company. With John leading our existing operations it will allow me to focus exclusively on potential acquisitions and new market opportunities,” Toole added.</p>
