(“OPT”) announced today it has successfully sold all of the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optronics Products Company, Inc. (the “Company”) to Optronics International, LLC. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.</p>
<p class="main" style="text-align:justify;">Optronics is a designer and marketer of specialty lights, driving lights and vehicular accessories. These products are sold to a wide range of mass market and specialty retailers and original equipment manufacturers of recreational vehicles, boats and trailers.
