<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Chicago, IL – January 4, 2010 </strong>– Svoboda Capital Partners LLC is pleased to announce that Jeffrey S. Piper has been promoted to the position of Principal as of January 1, 2010. Jeff joined the firm as an Analyst in August of 2004 and was previously promoted to Associate in March of 2007.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">“Jeff continues to do an outstanding job at SC. It has been fun to watch his personal development here along with the strong relationships he has developed with our relevant portfolio companies,” commented John Svoboda, SC co-founder.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Prior to joining Svoboda Capital Partners LLC, Jeff was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee.
