	Many organizations spend thousands of hours testing software. Typical test suites often number into the
	thousands of tests, requiring hundreds of hours to both develop and execute. In many cases, test suites
	evolve over time and often include a significant number of "non-productive" tests. These tests often are
	looking for problems in areas where there aren't problems. But worse, there can be several areas that have
	inadequate or insufficient test coverage.

	<p align="justify">
	An effective test suite has just the right number and type of tests, just the right test coverage of
	critical application areas and functional requirements, and just the right amount of regression tests.
	Given the cost of testing, it is essential to be able to both assess and improve the effectiveness of your
	test suites.

	<p align="justify">
	This seminar describes a Testing Effectiveness Assessment tool that can identify areas where changes are
	needed in order to improve the effectiveness of test suites. This assessment tool includes five areas that
	need to be examined and can be tailored to match different software development and testing processes.
