<p style="margin-bottom: 0;">Notes:</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">1) May be available as a guest room,
currently our long-term room. Please do not assign without discussing
directly with John at the Vandiver.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">2) Was formerly on the 1st floor,
moved to make room for the larger Parlor. This room was formerly called
"Pfaff". It now has its own private bath and is located in the
same space in the Pfaff. There is no more Pfaff.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">3) For larger groups, the bath for
this room is often used as an additional public restroom for the event.
Cleaned after the event, of course. Please let the guest know about this.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">4) Smallest of the jacuzzi tubs (fyi)
reserved by Ms. Malcom and credit card is on file.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">5) This room is reserved by Minta
Sayres, but not guaranteed. Room will be released by Jan 31 if guarantee
can not be confirmed via credit card by room guest or Ms. Sayres, by this date.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">6) Fri & Sat rooms confirmed and
guaranteed by Marjorie Tine in the original agreement and the additional lodging
addendum.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">7) Additional nights requested by
Ms. Rohmann: 8/28 (her room), one additional room in Kent or Murphy for Check-in
Thurs-Sunday, (currently the only extra room is the Vandiver Suite) Please confirm
that this is still needed</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0;">8) Room reserved for Saturday only
per our notes w/ Missy.</p>
<p>All rooms are $119/night + energy
surch & 6% MD sales tax Additional guests (beyond 2 per room) should
be reviewed w/Vandiver to ensure the room will accommodate additioanl guest
comfortably. Additional guests are $10pp/night.. </p>
