Mr. Sinrod is a member of the Board of Directors for the Computer Law Association, the Editorial Board of the <I>Journal of Internet Law</I>, the ABA Internet Industry Committee, the Board of Advisors for the <I>Start-Up and Emerging Companies Newsletter</I> for American Lawyer Media, the Advisory Board for the <I>BNA Electronic Commerce &amp; Law Report</I>, and the Executive Committee of the Law Practice Management &amp; Technology Section of the State Bar of California. Mr. Sinrod was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Samuel Conti, Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Sinrod has been an appellate and trial moot court judge at Boalt Hall and other law schools.</P>
