As with previous Shock Compression of Condensed Matter conferences,
papers for the Proceedings will be due at the Conference. At the
time of registration, please bring your paper (original and 2
photocopies) to the Publications table, together with the completed
Copyright Release and Reprint Order Form. Your paper will be
refereed during the meeting. Detailed instructions from the publisher
(AIP Press) have been supplied to authors; it is critical that they
be followed. A checklist in the front of the instructions was
included to assist authors. Please note the following:

<p>
* Page limits for contributed papers (4 pages) and invited papers (6
pages) are firm.

<p>
* Transfer of copyright: AIP considers a signature of one of the
authors to be sufficient.

<p>
* Permissions form: Please use the enclosed template. In the
interest of time, this may be sent to copyright holders via fax.

<p>

If you plan to include color illustrations in the Proceedings, or
need other information about the manuscript requirements, please
contact Michael Furnish at
<A HREF="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</A> or
505-844-2877 for information about costs.
