<p class="justify">Sarfatty Associates, Ltd. was founded in 1990 by George Sarfatty, with a staff of two. Since then, both the size of our firm and our client base has continuously grown.  The majority of our work has been repeat business from corporate clients such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Remington Hotel Corporation, Hanger Orthotics, Tishman Hotels, Federated Department-Stores (Macy’s), The Southland Corporation (7-Eleven), Magnum Development Company, Burger King, HMS Host (hospitality and retail projects in airports and motorways), Hilton International (The Drake Hotel-Chicago), Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dunkin’ Donuts and Bravo Restaurants (Gino’s East, Edwardo’s Pizza, Ed Debevic’s). </p>

Sarfatty Associates serves individual and corporate clients, providing professional services for projects such as: tenant improvement, freestanding buildings, office spaces, facade remonvations, retail developments, code compliance and building repairs. Our projects range from a fifty thousand dollar Starbucks kiosk in a Marriott Hotel in Miami, to a nine and a half million dollar redevelopment of the food service facilities in the St. Louis Lambert International Airport for Host Marriott Services. Our recent projects include specialty restaurants, hotel amenities (spas, fitness centers and conference facilities), medical offices, commercial projects and residences. We have the ability to provide architectural and interior design services throughout the United States.</p>
