Bangkok, Saigon, Santo Domingo, and Washington, D.C., to create an international
practice serving the developing commercial environments of Asia and Latin
America. The Russian Practice Group, consisting of the Washington, Moscow,
Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk offices, was formed in 1991 to carry on the firm’s
tradition of making legal services available in emerging economies. The Russin & Vecchi offices practice independently and are not in a relationship for the joint practice of law.</font> </p>

offices now offer a variety of domestic and international business and
