<p><b><font color="#FF0000">Overview:&nbsp;</font></b> Emergency scene command is a
critical, tough diminishing skill required of the new boss.&nbsp; You'll often be the
first on the scene and you will have to make some very important decisions.&nbsp; In this
unit you will have an opportunity to practice your command skills on paper
activities.&nbsp; If your system uses some kind of Command Simulator, or will for the
class find a way to practice there as well. </p>

<p><font color="#FF0000"><b>Objectives:&nbsp;</b></font> </p>

  <p>1.&nbsp; The Student will reflect on the Stephen Covey activities throughout the course
  and identify the three most important things he or she learned.<br>
  2.&nbsp; The Student will perform as a tactical unit commander and make and document
  appropriate decisions on at least two scenarios (first in and second arriving) and do a
  self assessment of his or her performance.<br>
  3.&nbsp; The Student will relate from memory all of the components of the local tactical
  priorities and the correct order. </p>
