practice a very common Assessment Center promotional process activity, the counseling
session. An important component of this unit is the video of the activity that will
be reviewed by both the role player employee and the role player boss, and allow for self
feedback, which is the best. </p>
<p><font color="#FF0000"><b>Objectives: </b></font> </p>

"seek first to understand, then to be understood" to a simulation activity.<br>
2. The Student will perform as a boss in one or more counseling role plays and
