<p><b><font color="#FF0000">Overview: </font></b>One of the most often utilized
simulations in an assessment center is the In-Basket. In this unit you will get to
practice with several In-Basket activities. </p>
<p><b><font color="#FF0000">Objectives:</font></b> </p>

<p>1. The Student will understand the importance of "public victories and
interdependence" and the relationship to ensuring that "private victories"
are accomplished first.<br>
2. The Student will develop "win-win" agreements in a simulated activity.<br>
3. The Student will perform as a candidate in an assessment center and complete
several "in-basket" simulations, and also perform a self assessment on each
activity based on an effective model of performance. </p>
