Web site</a> (click the underlined words to go to the Covey Site) and follow the
directions to write your own Personal Mission statement. Copy it, sign and date it,
and post it by your computer.</p>
<p>Review the mission/goals and objectives of your organization. </p>
<p>Write a one page essay about why you are the best candidate for the promotion based on
the job description, the organization's mission/goals and objectives, and your personal
mission statement and qualifications/experience. Include the answers to the
questions, <i>what would you change in your organization, and what do you really like
about your organization</i>. Send it to me as an attachment to an e-mail. The
essay shall be double spaced, two pages, with one inch margins, with font size 12 pitch.</p>
