<td valign="top"><a name="Bruce Roemmelt"><font face="Albertus Medium">Bruce Roemmelt</font></a></td>
<td><font face="Albertus Medium">Bruce is a retired Captain/Paramedic with thirty plus
years of experience. His degree is from the University of Maryland, in Fire Administration
and he has a Masters degree from the Education and Human Development Program at The George
Washington University. Currently he is pursuing his EdD from Nova
Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. He teaches and does course development work at the National Fire
Academy in Emmitsburg Maryland, and is frequently on the road helping others with their
own journeys. He owns the company and is the primary developer and delivery specialist.</font><p><font face="Albertus Medium">Bruce is a firm believer in the responsibility of the individual
and the resultant profound impact that has on the organization. He is prone to metaphor
and analogy, and uses many private business/industry examples to help make his points.
Entry level boss development is his prime passion (other than his wife
Beth).</font></td>

<td valign="top"><a name="Beth Adams"><font face="Albertus Medium">Beth Adams </font></a></td>
<td><font face="Albertus Medium">Beth is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and an RN. She
has her Masters Degree in Management and is a prolific author. She is primarily employed
at Fairfax County (VA) Fire and Rescue Department, where she is the Quality
Improvement Manager. Beth teaches a number of Quality and Leadership topics,
and is also an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University. </font><p><font face="Albertus Medium">Beth brings wide experience from her
FD field and hospital activities,
and is especially interested in the Customer Focus! She is a passionate and powerful
speaker, but slightly vertically challenged.</font></td>

<td valign="top"><a name="Steve McGraw"><font face="Albertus Medium">Steve McGraw</font></a></td>
<td><font face="Albertus Medium">Steve is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and is
currently an active volunteer certified as a Fire Fighter III and Instructor III. He has a
Masters Degree from American University in Health Sciences Administration. He is primarily
employed as an Assistant Professor at the George Washington University
Health Sciences Program
in the School of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences. </font><p><font face="Albertus Medium">He has developed several programs for the university and cares
deeply about the Emergency Services "Business" advancing into the 21st Century
as a professional endeavor.</font></p>
<p><font face="Albertus Medium">Steve brings fun and competence to the learning
environment!</font></td>
